CLAIMS AND RETURNS:

• All claims and returns must be reported in writing within 10 days from receipt of shipment.
• No merchandise may be returned without authorization from the factory.
• All return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Blank merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

PRODUCTION TIME:

• Normal production time is 3-5 working days (up to 2,500 imprints) after receipt of signed acknowledgement and all necessary information and payment; please refer to Order Information for details.
• Customized items and large orders will take longer delivery.
• We are not responsible for delay or failure in shipment arising from accidents, government acts, labor troubles, perils of the sea, shortage of materials, strikes, war, or any other nature causes beyond Seller's control.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• All orders are F.O.B. factory in CA.
• Freight charges will be added to customer's invoice at carrier's published rates.
• Since we have no control of the shipments once they leave our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for delays or damages for any en route shipment. The customer should promptly file all delivery claims with the carrier at the time of delivery.
• Incorrect address or zip code is subject to a $10.00 (V) per carton charge which will be billed subsequently.
• If Residential/Rural delivery is not specified at the time of order, carrier charge backs and a service charge of $10.00 (V) per shipment will be billed subsequently.
• For U.S. Post Office shipment, please add $20.00(V) plus additional normal postage charges.

SPLIT SHIPMENT:
$10.00(V) for each additional destination.
