ALL PRICES INCLUDE 1 COLOR 1 LOCATION IMPRINT.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

  • All orders are acknowledged by e-mail/fax with a layout proof prior to production.
  • If you do not receive the proof, please contact our sales department promptly.
  • Please review the e-mail/fax thoroughly and advise us immediately of any discrepancy or change.
  • The proof must be signed and returned to us ASAP to prevent any delay in production.
LESS THAN MINIMUM:

The absolute minimum is 1/2 of minimum quantity at minimum quantity price plus $50.00 (V).
ORDER CANCELLATION:
  • Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation charge of $40.00(V) plus all costs incurred.
  • Order cancellation will be accepted only in writing and authorized by the factory.

To expedite the order, please make sure the followings are ready and submitted at the time of order:

  • OVER/UNDER RUNS:

    While we try to ship the exact quantity as ordered, it is industry standard that some orders will be subject to 5% over/under runs and will be billed accordingly.

    PACKING CHARGE:
     
    • All items are shipped bulk; unless otherwise specified.
    • Poly Bag charge of $0.35(V) per piece for exercise accessories, $0.15(V) per piece for stress relievers and $0.20(V) for others.
    • For Multiple Packing, please call for details.
    PAPER PROOF CHARGE:
    • The 1st copy is free.
    • Each additional/revised proof: $10(V)
    PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE:
    • $50(V) for First copy, 1 Color 1 Location, plus freight.
    • Each Additional copy of pre-production sample is EQP (R).
    • Sample may take about 2-3 working days.
    • After pre-production sample approval, if no change is made to the artwork, a re-setup charge of $22.50(V) per color per location will be applied to the order.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION:

    For Stress Relievers, due to the manufacturing methods, each reliever is made and imprinted by hand; thus, no two will be exactly alike. Also colors may vary slightly from order to order.

    PRODUCT SAFETY:
     
    Our products are not intended as toys and should not be given to children or pets.
    REPEAT ORDERS:
    • Please include our previous Invoice Number, your PO Number, Order Date and a copy of the artwork to ensure the proper order.
    • Re-setup Fee: $22.50(V) per imprint color per location.
    • We keep the artworks for two years only. Any repeat order after two years will be charged as a new setup of $45.00(V) per color per location.
    RUSH SERVICES:
    • We offer 1-Day or 2-Day Rush Services at an additional charge, available for one color imprint only.
    • Indicate Rush Service at the time of order.
    • Order must be wrapped up (with a signed paper proof approval and payment processed) Noon PST.
    • For 1-Day Rush Service: $0.40(V) per imprint. Minimum Charge is $150.00(V).
    • For 2-Day Rush Service: $0.30(V) per imprint. Minimum Charge is $100.00(V).
    SAMPLE ORDER:
    • We offer up to 2 free samples (Total $5.00 or less List). Please provide your UPS or FedEx Account Number. Otherwise, we will charge a minimum of $10.00(V) for Ground Shipping and handling charge. Residential/Rural deliveries will incur additional charges.
    • For more than 2 samples or $5 List, we will charge EQP (R).
